Is the fan hitting the shroud at all (if there is one)?

Which engine? 4.9, 5.0, 5.8?

Silly obvious questions: Did you replace the water pump? the belt? Did you do the work or did someone else? Is it possible that the fan blade went back on backwards? Is the belt routing correct? Is the fan shroud loose or cracked?

Please believe that I intend no insult! Over the years I've seen some crazy shit overlooked be some great mechanics. No detail can be too small or insignificant.
