How you always try to help others

My mind was not my own
Memories filled it to the breaking point
My past left no room for the present or future
I am free now, but I am always with you
So please remember me as I was
And not as I am now

But most of all just

As much as I apprieciate your words and thoughts, when I wrote this I wrote it as a farewell to a friend who has touched me greatly and whom I did not want to be sad about my passing.
