Anxiety - The Linden Method?
I'm actually posting this for my girlfriend. She asked me to do some research on this and see if it is a credible method (I guess it's a method, it says non-medical). She doesn't have panic attacks extremely often but she does have them. I wont get into details of her experience with her condition here but rather I was just looking for someone that has tried this "The Linden Method".
For what its worth, she browsed around some pages and they all listed symptoms it will help with and they fit her symptoms exactly. If I hear of good results she will be getting the e-book online. Thanks much!

Googling the Linden Method brings up nothing but page after page of someone trying to sell you something... What exactly is the Linden method?

That's the thing -- I dont know!
I was hoping to find someone that has tried this out with good results, just one real person. The pages look very promising but they are trying to sell a product so I'm reserving judgement for someone that has tried it. Thanks

Since nobody seems to have heard of this, should I just pass on the idea? Not sure if I want to invest into something with no recommendations first.

Seems to me that if a Google of something only gives you sales pitches, it probably is only the result of something being sold. My oldest son, now in his 20s, experiences the same thng. He has dealt with it through therapy, meditation and some medication for a bipolar condition.
Good luck!

OK, I did some searching through several medical and psychology sites. Nothing there. I read some of the Linden stuff. The problems he is dealing with are purely anxiety/depression related. I can tell you being married to a psych expert that there is no easy path to dealing with any of these problems. You need a therapist to work through things and possibly a shrink as well for the medical portion if any medication is involved and to also rule out other medical causes.
The Linden stuff probably works for some people simply because it gives some people a focus. But different people have results different ways. I suspect if this really worked everyone would have heard about it by now!
