I'm actually posting this for my girlfriend. She asked me to do some research on this and see if it is a credible method (I guess it's a method, it says non-medical). She doesn't have panic attacks extremely often but she does have them. I wont get into details of her experience with her condition here but rather I was just looking for someone that has tried this "The Linden Method".

For what its worth, she browsed around some pages and they all listed symptoms it will help with and they fit her symptoms exactly. If I hear of good results she will be getting the e-book online.
