I was lucky enough to get more than the freshman 15 my first semester of college. I was originally 150 and fairly skinniny, now I'm a whopping 180 The weight really only piled on the thighs, stomach and ass. This semester we have a gym class that will involve making a work out routine. I'd like to know what routine I can use to shed the fat but maintain the weight.

Shed fat but maintain weight?
Fat is weight..it weighs.... mass. What you want to do is lose the fat but maintain the muscle. Since a larger portion of your bodymass is now fat, you are obviously going to lose weight if you lose the fat. Pretty simply, create a calorie deficit while eating high protein and working out. you can go to www.bodybuilding.com and go to their forums you'll findm uch more information
