It's all about the purge.

You can't see it in the photo but I have my hangers turned backwards. When I wear something I turn it the way. If a hanger hasn't been turned in six months... the item hanging on it gets purged.

That's a good system.

And I take it back. I did buy clothes for myself once, before my trip to the VI. Not that anyone cares, but I'm a stickler for accuracy in reporting.

I give unworn clothes to the charity shop regularly. Help a charity, save your overflowing wardrobe.

Oooh...I need to devise some kind of similar system for my SO. He hangs on to clothes he's never going to wear, and it drives me crazy because his racks of t-shirts-that-should-go-to-Goodwill take up half of the closet. They take up so much space that most of the clothing he does wear never makes it to the closet, because there's not really any place to hang it.
