Fill Scratches/Gouges in TV cabinet?

Just wondering if anyone has any idea where to find grey fill sticks for a plastic tv cabinet? HHGregg service dept Took a big chunk of plastic out of my 38" widescreen tv cabinet and it looks like Hell!

I'm the kind of guy who would use bondo and paint it, and I've never heard of these "fill sticks" you speak of. Is it as self-explanatory as it seems?

Forgive me for sidestepping your original question, but if their service people bitched it up, then shouldn't the repair be their problem?

1) Talk to the service department - they owe you big time. They caused the damage, they need to fix it - to your satisfaction.
2) You can find fill-in sticks at most home repair stores (Home Depot, Builders Square, etc). But why should YOU go through the hassle? They fucked up - let them fix it.

Believe me I was ready kill the entire HHGregg service people ....They had the TV for 3 days short of a month...Went through Hell to get them to finish repairs.

They insulted me by saying they would take 50 bucks for damage off a $350 bill! I told them to bite my ass on that one..they said If I didn't pay they would have to take TV back...Uhh NO.. I didn't let them take it and I didn't pay! I talked to the claims department the next day and they dropped the bill all together...

Now the damage doesn't look that bad..

I used to build and repair office furniture, and a little trick we used to make scratches and digs disappear is crayon. find a matching color and melt it into the scratch. The best thing is, if you mess up or don't like it, it is easy to remove and do over.

I hope this helps.
