The Witcher - Alchemy Recipes (spoilers)
I thought it'd be nifty to share any alchemy recipes you've come across, since there are supposedly many that there are no in-game recipes for. Some of these may have recipes later, but I've found them through experimentation.
Type - Name - Effect - Ingredients Potion - Willow - Immune to Stun and Knockdown - Spoiler: 2x Aether, 1x Queberth Potion - ? - 70% Poison Resistance - Spoiler: 2x Vitriol, 2x Aether |
How is the game? I was interested in it when I heard about it, it looks pretty bad ass.

Surprisingly good! The story and plot is absolutely crazy. Been a long time since a game had me wondering "what will happen next?" It's refreshing to see a game that deals with morality in shades of grey. Most rpg's you either are a saint or a total prick.
It starts a little slow, but really picks up. The only annoying things are the load times (don't even play this game unless you have 2gb of ram) and the sometimes terrible voice acting (it's a polish game). xepherys: did you use a strong alcohol base? I wonder if it makes a difference... |
deimos, as far as I can tell, the base doesn't matter. It's only purpose is to open up additional ingredients slots. Even using White Gull is no more beneficial, other than you can use a 3-slot base to make a 5-slot base.
