I have missed adventures and fun on this thread by sleeping and attending courses. How dare I?
Perhaps we could consult the starts. |
starts? i suggest a word battle. post the a word you can think of and then the next person has to post a crazier or extreme word that relates to it. (like: Cat, then Lion.)
i start with: Car. |
Caravan
|
camel
...I fear we will turn into the word association thread. Think? |
I struggle to wrap my mind around what ever could be a crazier or extreme camel......
Camel Straights? |

gaga googoo was my first language. It's a relatively obscure language that is only spoken in a remote valley in the Carpathian Mountains of Eastern Hungary. As I got older, I started sucking blood and talking less, especially during times of full moon. Now I also speak half decent English, or more accurately an American version of it. Some Gibberese have a pleasant flavor.

I haven't even decided if I am going to "do" my
taxes. Sexat. Call me "dada" if you wish to. I thought that was a genre. (What was the nature of this game?) 1-2x8=-5-3 |
We need higher walls in our fort.

I did do my taxes last night ...or did they do do me? I do have thousands due which left dew in my eyes.
THE WORLD'S LONGEST TAX CODE Next time you feel like complaining about filing your taxes due to all the rules and regulations take heart knowing that it could be worse, that is unless you already live in the UK. It wasn't so bad in late 2006 in the UK as their tax code fell short of being the world's longest with India holding the record at some 9,000 pages but with the recent addition of another 1,600 pages this brought the UK's tax code to just shy of 10,000 pages and all the glory and recognition of having the world's longest tax code. |

An infant cactus...starting them from seed is enjoyable..

Is that ^ a baby cactus or a succulent? ...or would that be the same thing?
Now that my tax filing is "done" I need a drink. So what was that bottle in ring's cabinet that everybody just blew off and never identified? The middle shelf, right side, unopened? I googled and can't find what it is. http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/h...y/house015.jpg |
congrats on the completion of the taxing business.
Maybe GG could help us identify the wee cactus/succulent babe... I started some cactus from seed....some developed spines early on, others took longer for them to appear. That bottle would make an attractive flower vase..Yes? |

ahhhh, another good reason to empty it. The only dilemna is, what kind of flowers to put in this vase. I love violets ...today they are my favorite flower. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...et_bouquet.gif http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...bunch3_322.jpg |
Violets are so encouraging..an early beauty of the season....have you seen the one called 'spreckles?'
it is a pale lavender with darker purple specks.. When I can afford to by cut flowers..I usually pick Alstromeria... so many colors..I love their structure..and they can last for weeks. http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/h...ia_D2N4781.jpg |
