1 - Two University Courses, plus books - Just under $2,000
2 - Computer (several years ago) - $1,400 3 - One Semester of community college, plus books - $800 Both tuitions were an utter waste of my time and money, and the computer wasn't even that great when I bought it, but I had student loan money to spend. |

Spent $225k for this house, I'll be selling it for $410k shortly. I owe $150k, so not bad.
Paid $36k into an IRA over 15 years that is now valued at $51k. That should only improve as the market improves. Bought 2 cars in the same week a while back, paid $37k total. In cash. |
