where can i get some Emu
 

i've herd emu good eatin and i want to try some.

I would recommend one of your finer butchers, not the one at Albertsons but one of the specialty shops. If not try the internet.

my specialty grocery store has it in the freezer section. but i live in central texas, so that doesn't help.

i've never bought from them,
