Ramen
 

Does anyone have any good recipes for ramen? preferably with chicken or beef? I recently tried it for the first time, but it wasn't really REAL ramen. It was just a packet similar to Mr. Noodles, and I was disgusted to notice how much salt was in it after I finished eating it. I think it was near 1750 mg per package. Anyways, I'd like to make some from scratch, so any help would be great! Thanks very much guys and gals :)

No recipes from me, but we used to refer to the "Lipton Cup-O-Salt" at my first job.
