I would agree that both actors are underrated. McGinley has been in so much (Platoon, Se7en, Identity, Scrubs) and Tierney I've had the hots for since I first saw her in New Radio. Glad that she is getting seen by the masses in ER. Anybody seen Scottland, PA yet?
