Couple of corrections, I believe.

What did Mrs. Summers and Giles do that was just so wrong and why did they do it?
Giles broke a shop window and stole a coat for Joyce.

Who discovers the spell that will restore Angel's soul?
Jenny Carpenter, and...
Buffy does. She drops pencil and finds the floppy disk.
She also is first to understand what is on it. She tells Willow
