It came off of a DVD "And Evening with Kevin Smith" or something like that which is a compilation of his college campus lectures. The whole DVD is hilarious.

Man, part of me hopes that Kevin made most of that up, or at least embellished a lot. If it's all true... it frightens me to think how close they came to making a Superman movie that would've turned out like Wild Wild West. :eek:

I've seen that about 5 times now, but I laugh every time.

Now...not everything he said could have been exactly true, but I say to you, Superman Returns naysayers: Imagine the movie we could have ended up with!

I don't doubt a word of it...

And damn, he's a good storyteller.
