ARGH!!!! I'm at work, so I can't fix the image.
Ling Ling is from the show Drawn Together on Comedy Central. And that's his tail, an exclamation point. I'll get the link working tonight. It turns out The Tower Community has been paying attention. They feel that whilst Dobster has had things pretty much in hand, maybe it was time for some assistance.
