Holiday snapshot in Portugal

Very nice. You said snapshot, but it is in another medium, right? You did say oil and I assume you painted this from a picture. Am I right? You have a lot of talent.

Thanks Dale. I took a whole bunch of photos. I never work from one or try to 'copy'. I really feel you lose the energy of the event that way. I painted this from the memory, the feeling and the photos which supplied detail information. If I'd had my gear there, I would much rather have painted it from life - that way it really lives!
