No orgasms here, had the big "H"
Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to start having orgasms again after a hysterectomy?

There are plenty of lubricants, but orgasm is achieved through the clitoris and/or g spot, niether of which are removed. Using a lubricant or sexual oil will keep those two areas from becoming irritated during sex. Google 'hysterectomy' and I'm sure you'll get some good info.
