I'm considering going with BAAM. Does anyone else have experience with similar training courses?

BAAM is a good course as I recall; it has been years since I've taken it. (I should take a refresher.)

Hmm, well, I guess it would be worth the investment. I don't have a basis of comparison (seems pricey to me), but I've always had some interest in taking a self defense course. It was either this or some branch of martial arts.
