Anybody listen to online radio shows?
 

Of any genre? :confused:


Could be music of whatever type floats your boat, commentary on politics, maybe it's sports, maybe it's comedy. Just curious if anyone besides me listens to streaming radio for entertainment, and what it is you tune into. :)

I listen to Club977.com, rushradio.org, and the Tom Leykis show all on the interweb

I listen to Renradio on Live365, and Polyamory Weekly podcasts. Oh, and LiveIreland.com from time to time as well.

I listen to several podcasts.

I listen to GCN live sometimes. It is mostly political and religious that leans toward libertarian views and what others might call conspiracy theories. Namely the Alex Jones show.

when i was at work, i used to listen to Frequence3 (frequence3.fr) it's a french radio but they mostly play old/new top 40 songs. and any other random songs. especialy at 3 to 5, they had the requests... and they ALWAYS played mine. :)
now i dont listen to much online radios cuz i have like 2000mp3s.

I've listened to 102.1 the Edge at work (in Toronto) and a few times at home (I live near Kingston) via their website.

I listen to Virgin Radio from the UK on iTunes from time to time as they play all my favorite songs, and their morning show is hilarious.

I listen to SR Klassiskt (Swedish Radio, purely classical music) and sometimes on the Vatican Radio. It's oddly interesting.

I mostly listen to EBM Radio and the Electric Front (goth/darkwave/industrial/ebm/alternative electronic/whatever 'bangin' goff choonz' are called these days).

been listening to wfmu lately. they play a lot of interesting music, but there is a cool show which was incidentally featured on slate.com a week ago. here is a sample of one of the funnier ideas, where they randomly call people and see how long they can keep them on the air:

I listen to the weekly gendertalk webcast at gendertalk.com. It's for a somewhat narrow audience, though.

The combination of soul, funk, hip-hop and soulful, funky hip-hop is perfect for my tastes.

I listen to digitallyimported, technofrag,Club977 and TBRN. Most of these are music but technofrag and tbrn are kinda talk shows. I feel in love with digitallyimported. It has some of the best techno/house/trance ever!!

Democracy Now! is one of my favorites. I'm addicted to politics!!! Why!!!!?!?

Groove Salad's pretty good, but mainly I listen to radioparadise.com. It's very eclectic modern rock, well chosen, and so, so laid back. Kind of like the ideal old-time FM radio station.
