If he was leaning out of the car to give the kid on the bike a free ice cream cone, then I'd feel really, really bad for him. But I don't think if he'd been handing out free ice cream cones, karma would've repaid him this way. If he'd been handing out free ice cream cones, karma would've landed him into two very large, soft, warm boobies.

He was trying to knock a kid off his bike, and ended up eating the ass of a car. It serves him right.

That video was funny but disturbing as you can almost feel your own face eating car. I hope he some life lasting scars to show for it. Maybe it will stop him from being a jackass again everytime the fool looks in a mirror.

This is an unfortunate situation for everybody. When people act like this bad things happen. In trying to hurt others he hurt himeself, when someone commits themself to this kind of behaviour they have to accept the consequences, even if its a little extreme. I hope he's able to recover from this, it would be a shame for him to permanently damage his life over such an idiotic incident.

I think we should keep in mind that this guy is just a kid and kids do stupid things. Wishing life long detrimental effects on this kid is a little extreme. When I was younger I used to do alot of stupid things, not this bad but alot of vandalism and such. It was something we did out of youthful ignorance, frustration, boredom, rebelion ect. It was not maliciousness, it was just growing up. I got over it and I've become more mature and more responsible in my thoughts and actions and I look to contribute positivly to society nowadays. Theres nothing to say this kid couldn't turn around and become something positive, I don't think we should be so quick to condem him and wish him harm.

And I think that is the attitude that many use to justify such activities. I'm certain these little assholes knew what they were doing was wrong. This "Aw they are only kids" excuse is used too often. Were it a "boys will be boys" thing peeking in the girl's locker room it would be one thing. But when it is used in the act of a crime it is another. Kids are taught growing up what is right and what is wrong. These guys should have understood that to have used their time to do something else for entertainment.

I was not trying to make excuses for these kids and I don't beleive in assigning cliches to people "boys will be boys". What they were doing was wrong and a little disturbed, but we can't evaluate them like we would full adults. With teens their brains are not fully developed yet, mainly their frontal lobes which deals with inhibition and social restraint(often called the social lobe). Damage or underdevelopment of the frontal lobe is often assiociated with delinquency. Also, I knew vandalism was wrong and I did it anyway, did that make me a bad person? should I have permanent scars or disabilities to show for that? I'm not suggesting this is an excuse for this kid or that we should let him off the hook for it, I'm just saying that you can't ignore the facts. You can't ignore that he is a kid and some kids go through stages like this. That doesn't make it right, but wishing permanent harm on this kid isn't right either.

I don't think everyone is reading the first post of the thread:

This was, of course, his story only after denying that he had tried to hit anyone, with the door or otherwise.
Based on this it seems more like they were playing 'Jackass' and things went horribly wrong. Have some fucking sympathy for the guy.

When kids get together they can do some pretty stupid things. The whole bus stop used to have rock fights while we were waiting for the bus (back in like 6th grade). We didn't think much of it, we were having fun. We all used small rocks. Well, one day a kid took one in the nose. He was bloody, I think it looked worse that it was but we never did that shit again.

Instead we took to using a balloon launcher to throw grapefruit at each other. Let's see: 1lb grapefruit flung over 50 yards reaching heights of about 30 feet. Luckily we always sucessfully dodged them or else someone could have gotten dain bramage.

We were all friends (or casual aquaintences). Nobody wanted anyone to get hurt, it all just seemed like something fun to pass time with.

Maybe, maybe not. But there's a reason's it's called Jackass and not Genius. Leaning out the door of a moving car w/o wearing a seatbelt or trying to hit a kid with the door of a moving car w/o wearing a seatbelt are both idiotic.

I think spray-painting "fart" on someone's car is a little lower on the Karmameter than say, trying to potentially critically injury a kid on a bike. Obviously this moron's activities have been unmonitored or unmoderated for some time. I hardly think you can say he didn't get what he had set himself up for.

It seems to me that the kid was just trying to smack his friend on the head and not hurt him. Stupid, yes, but not deserving of the vengence expressed here so far.

The following from the kid that filmed it:
Quote:
i was the one who filmed it, me and my friends make videos, that day we were bored, and the person that fell out, named matt, nicknamed mullet. Say one of the kids, that he knew, and what he liked to do as a joke was smack them in the back of the head, they always do it to each other. So i thought it would be funny to film it, he rolled down the window and was gonna reach out and smack him, but since the new cars windows only go half way down, he couldent reach. So he opened the door, and was hanging onto the door, but..the kid on the bike swerved in closer, and mullet lost his balence after the door hit the back of his bike seat, and fell off. He dident die http://www.the-hole.net/forums/index...topic=4950&hl=
