Dah, I like around 7.5-8, any less and I drag midway through the afternoon.

I need about 7-8. I find it's more important to be consistent, though. |
I usually only get 5-6 I like to have 7-9 tho and am not adverse to more.

4-5 hours is really all I need. Been doing it so long guess the body just finally gave up and adjusted... :)

I feel like I need 10, but I can operate on 2 hours of sleep or go 80 straight hours without sleep.

For those of you with possible sleep issues, mention them to your doctor the next time you go into their office. Some sleep problems can be fixed one way or another.

I run about 5 or 6 hrs a night. 7 is ideal. Any more tends to have a negative effect on me.

with me, usually between 4 hours and 16 hours... yeah, i'm fucky.

About 6 on average...but I always wish I can get more.

I think I have a disease or something. I can get any amount of sleep, but it takes me forever to get active and I'm tired all day. Ah well.
