Nice to see a few of us in the half century crew. Just had a b'day yesterday. Now closer to 100 than 1.

I think I have moved up to third position. However I can't tell if that means I'm wining or losing. The sad truth about growing old is you have 2 choices. Six feet over or under. I choose six feet over. However we really have no choice in the matter.

caesarjon 04-30-2009 10:01 AM

I use to pay attention to age but now since I'm middle aged it does not bother me. My parents were always correct when they told me wisdom comes with maturity. I never believed that when I was 20:)

raeanna74 05-01-2009 04:55 PM

Age has been playing games with me lately. Turned 35 just over a month ago. Since then I've been carded twice when buying a drink and yet when I've filled out surveys the catagories are often separated by 25-34 and 35-50 or something like that. I hated filling out the surveys where I'm in this catagory that goes 35-65 or something like that. I'm not old enough to retire yet, not even close but my age is lumped in with retirees. Then there's the college thing that I'm trying to do. I'm considered Late Student or Older Student - I hate that - OLDER, it kindof counts me in with anyone my age or older. I'm not half way to through the average American life span but yet I'm almost considered half way to obsolete.

Then there's the little boy at school... the 10 yr old, who proposed to me yesterday. :p Yeah, I think he was trying to butter me up but it still felt good. lol

I turned 50 last August so I went to the Future Shop and came home with a 50" plasma and Season 1 of Hawaii Five-O

Tarmac 05-05-2009 02:18 PM

hotzot 05-07-2009 08:59 AM

It's nice to know that TFP has a large age demographic.

LafferUSA 05-09-2009 06:29 PM

I am 23

edwhit 05-11-2009 12:12 PM

Middle of the pack.

wimpy 05-12-2009 02:23 PM

Demographics different then I was thinking making this very interesting. I will be in my bracket awhile. So in my case the next age survey should be in at least 5 years? what do you think?

Dammitall 05-16-2009 03:31 PM

Turned 30 last Friday (the 8th).

Eek!

I heard life is like a roll of toilet paper: it goes faster the closer you get to the end!

RAD61 05-30-2009 06:01 PM

Hi, I'm new here and I'm 61

Heavy Breather 05-31-2009 05:44 PM

I feel that physical age is irrelovent (sp?). Mental age should guide your path thru life.

Hmm.... If that is true, then we would have a LOT of people acting like underage kids around here (or at least more then there are now) :) . I do think that If mental age is a guide I wouldn't be old enough for this board most days . On the other hand, I think that the Internet proves that most people have a mental age of children :|.

wooÐs 05-31-2009 08:06 PM

I'm 34.
But I look like I'm 33.

Derwood 05-31-2009 08:15 PM

i'm at the top of the 30-34 range...

kejago 06-02-2009 11:05 AM

Mentally, I feel younger than my age. Physically, I feel older. Damn!

glasscutter43 06-02-2009 06:21 PM

777 06-02-2009 09:36 PM

At dinner during Mother's Day, my brother noticed that my hair lined is running from my eyebrows, and remembered that I turned 30 this year.

He said I look more like an uncle than a brother :(

Lloyd 06-03-2009 02:25 PM

Yet another 21-25yr old! :)

Beastiful 06-05-2009 08:30 PM

20 now, and almost 21! I can almost legally drink! Man I can't wait 'til Nov. 19
:)

kartickn 06-05-2009 09:11 PM

30

Jake 06-06-2009 09:42 AM

well maybe I misunderstood the question wrong, Was it how old are you? or was it How Old Are You?
Anyway, it's good to be back

Cynthetiq 06-06-2009 09:57 AM

It definitely isn't How Old Do Others Think You Are...cause that would be very very different answer for me.

welcome back!

'cb' 06-06-2009 03:43 PM

niccoli 06-06-2009 05:56 PM
