wait, is that a hobby for 9 to DO, or a task for us to draw on, to GIVE 9 new tats?

I'd start with barbed wire on the bicep, so 90s. Then a tramp stamp, so 2000s.
Then a USCM or ship Anchor on the forearm, very 40s.

I'd do a tat over his current inmate # and make it into a barcode, since that seems to be cool with kids here locally on the back of their neck. Probably the UPC for dingdongs or something.
