Call her. It's obvious you care for her and she cares for you. A relationship is hard work and at times will try your patience and your heart.
If you truly care for her then stand by her in her time of insecurity and be understanding by keeping the lines of communication open. Look within yourself to realize your feelings for her and let them guide you. If your gut tells you to call, then that's what you should do. Follow your own heart and not our advice.
