I am a fan of fondue, dessert fondue as well, and its suprising that I do, cause all my co-workers at this german restaurant I worked at hated it.
German restaurant is called Gustavs, or Rheinlander and its in Portland.
Rheinlander's top secret fondue recipe.
20lbs swiss cheese
1 gallon white wine
1T Nutmeg
4T Kosher salt
4T White Pepper
Melt cheese and wine together, stir in spices. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve.
It is a shitload, but that is off of memory, and I really dont want to scale it down. Oh, and keep it on the DL, its TOP SECRET!
