Bioware(They made the orignal BG games.) currently has one publicly announced RPG in the works, it's called Jade Empire and it's for the Xbox. They have one other unannounced PC RPG project on their website.

BlackIsle Studios is now down to 2 employees and is mostly not making games currently.
