assuming that the temps are comparible to a CPU, 58C is pushing it, usualy 130F for a CPU is just about as much as it can take your running it at 136F which i think is to hot, as fot 65C is 150 F which is way to hot for a procesor to be, imho it is running to hot at 58C and my old GPU would over heat at 55C (geforce 3 ti200) so id say you need some better venting on your case, try to direct a fan over the GPU besides the built in fan.
