simple option, get cooledit or another audio recording program.
goto your volume properties, then recording properties, set it to record wave.
open up your movie, hit record in cooledit (or other), and let the movie play and cooledit will record whatever is coming out of your speakers (so dont do anything else that you dont want ot hear on the recording).
then you can go back and edit it out.
this takes only as long as it takes to play the movie, or it seems like there is a specific song you would like, so maybe only as long as it takes to play the song.
