you do imo get what you pay for i have the ati tv wonder ve which retails for around $40 USD at bestbuy and other retailers. the software leaves a bit to be desired, the tuner does not work as advertised on my winxp pro box dunno whats up with that but when i try to close the tv viewing window it just hangs on screen and i have to reboot, ive used different versions of tuner software with the card and same results. had a friend of mine say he had lots of probs with the same card on an xp system too. more power to ya if it works fine for you, i have not however heard of any issues from the bit more pricey all in wonders which are a tuner and video card all in one.
