I cook nearly anything on mine. I like to marinate meats or use different rubs. Even made some of Emeril's rubs from FoodTV.com.
I did recently switch to a panini grill. The one I have has a drip feature like the Foreman. It has variable temps for different foods. The big benefit is that it has a floating top, like all panini grills do. That means you can cook something up to 3" thick evenly. The Foreman came up short there.
