Best way to add mass is to get on a good lifting routine and make sure you're eating enough protein so your body has all the muscle building blocks it needs.

Huh? hehe, you DO realize that your muscle is 90% water

. Anyhow, you wont notice much loss, if any, when you stop taking the creatine. Anyhow, Creatine DOES increase lean muscle mass by increasting ATP. This enables you to have an extra surge of energy when working out which will let you get in a couple extra reps, thus fatiguing the muscle even better then you could w/out taking the suppliment. Creatine is a great way to help you have a better workout and push yourself a little harder, but some don't like to take it because it is hard on some peoples stomaches. I would suggest trying it for a month and make sure to buy
micronized creatine, which is broken down into a smaller consistancy makig it more easily absorbed and less taxing on your stomach. Another important thing to note is that you will need to drink a crapload of water while taking this suppliment (more then a gallon a day recommended).
