I ALWAYS notice 4:20. In fact I like to set every broken clock I find to 4:20.
But back to the quad dicks thing..11:11
1. That's a very simple pattern to see I I I I and I am such very common.
2. Do you ever find yourself counting down to 11:11? I admit that around 3:15 or so I start looking for a 4:20
