May I recommend not using the following:
Why don't we 68? You can blow me and I'll owe you one.
...A bad idea, and liable to get you severely hurt if she's listening to you.
Personally, I usually will quietly stroll up behind my SO (when I have one), wrap one arm around her waist while I brush the hair away from her neck, and lay gentle, teasing kisses along her most enjoyable areas. By the time I'm up to kiss number 3 or 4, she's usually very aware....and ready for "go time" as well.
