i just bought a samsung 213T , i like that it swivels around so i can run portrait mode, the analog input i'm not overly happy with, the text is a tad fuzzy, but the DVI is sweet.
I stopped using my 21" trinitron now, so far i've had no regrets, but i really like the portrait mode.
