This is more common than you think unfortunately. I saw this same sort of thing on the news within the past year. There was a day care facility in SC I believe where the one child had been bitten around (I can't quite remember) 15 times. The day care director was jailed for neglect and they intended to prosecute her and close the day care. What had happened with that one is that one woman had left about 16 2-3 yr olds in the room and asked the director to take over because she was ill. The director had some errands to run so shut the children in the room and left. A janitor heard the rucus and stopped it. The boy had bites on his ears, back and face.
I believe this is possible. It's the same kind of MOB mentality except instead of turning over ahd burning cars these miniature people BITE, it's their handiest weapon and the first "tool" they think of.
This is why most states require that the ratio of child to teacher be 3-1 for ages 2 and 3 yrs. A dozen children with one teacher is already a handful. They should have had the changing room RIGHT in the room with the children too.
I feel soo sorry for this boy. You think some kids have it bad in school when they are constantly picked on. That's nothing compared to this.
