recovering from Injury
Anyone who takes their fitness and their bodies seriously- really hates to be injured. Personally, my semi serious injury catalouge is as follows: both ankles sprained numerous occasions, pretty bad Aductus tendonitis, broken nose and lots of scrapes cuts and bruises. I think ive been pretty lucky considering.
My main tip for recovering from injury besides rest and good nutrition, is plenty of low impact exercise like walking. Massage is also really good.
