Doing all that stuff you mentioned is great, but if you really want to lose the gut, cut back your food intake and up your cardio workouts. Take a brisk walk for 20 minutes everyday and cut yoru meal portions in half. After you've eaten that, wait for 15 minutes or more before eating more becuase you're still hungry. It takes your body some time to register that there's food in the belly, you'll find your cravings will disappear before too long. The most important thing to do is make sure what you're doing is something that is sustainable. Make changes that you can live with in the long run or you will just end up giving up.
