Hi everyone, I need some help. Last night was my leg workout and for some reason, my lower back decided to take the night off.
I was unable to do squats or stiff-legged deadlift.
Other than Leg Extensions and Leg Curls, are there any other exercises I can to do replicate squats? I was really pissed off I couldn't do squats last night. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.
Edit: I work out at home, so I don't have access to machines.
