A trip to Bojangles and then the 10 minute ticker starts. Otherwise, usually once a day before work--the three S's "shit, shower, and shave." I hate having to take a dump at work.
As far as urinating, after a few beers it becomes one in, one out. In general you make 1mL urine/kg/hour but that varies depending on what you take in and your body's fluid status.
