In all seriouness i would look around on the interweb and see if you can find a NEW HEALTHY LIFE style. That weight watchers thing is funny IMHO ,and we all know what opinions are like. Do not pay anyone unless you have a personal trainer and nutrioner or somthing. But paying for a meeting about weight loss is kinda funny to me.
All you have to do is change yer diet to somthing healthy. DRINK A CRAP LOAD of WATER. Just this alone can help you start shedding pounds. Stop drinking soda. After about a week or two you wont crave it as much anymore.
And always , i mean always, Do exercise. Do some walking, thats about the easiest and you can do it ANYWHERE! Then maybe get some weights and burn fat there as well as increase some muscle.
But by all means just watch what ya eat and drink water!
Have fun losing weight, I DID! lost around 40 to 50 pounds. I didnt keep track.
