There is a disorder known as "Horizontal Vagina Syndrome," but the concept of the horizontal vagina is a racial insult applied to Asian women, and occasonally said about Jewish women.
There is, however, a common group that does ahve a horizontally oriented vagina. They're called female horses. I think I can guess what the guy who invented the insult was comparing the women to when he said it.
Crab-footed people, yes. Blue people, yes. Sideways genetalia, no.
