Somehow I had to laugh when I saw this thread. I hear that rumor about Asian/Pacific Islanders back in the '60s.
It wasn't true then, it isn't true now.
Funny how these things seem to perpetuate themselves for years. Maybe you could check it out through snopes. I doubt they'd post it, but it would be interesting to see their research.
