Winning 2/3rds of the remaining games they play won't be that far fetched. Wood and Prior will pitch at least 2 more times. Not to mention, if game 162 comes down to them winning, Wood or Prior will get another start.
They play the Reds and Pirates the last 9 games of the year. Houston plays the Cards/Giants and the Brewers...
Houston will not be this years Angels, that pitching staff is tired, and the lineup sounds good, put they don't consistently produce. The only thing Houston has that keeps them in games is that bullpen, it's quite good.
