Options (not a sequence. Don't do all three in a row, because this is not step-by-step instructions. These are just ways to possibly aleviate the problem you are having ):
1) Go into Real Player, options or settings, and look for something with "file associations" or "Associate with ___ files" options. De-select pretty much everything. Especially "Associate with CD's" or anything that sounds simialer to that
2) Uninstall RealPlayer. Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall realplayer.
3) Try to "Force" a different media player to play cd's by (first doing option 1) and then opening up the other media player and associating everything with that one. Like Windows Media Player.
