I'll bet for many people here, like me, it all starts with looks. I won't suddenly become attracted to someone who's homely, just because they're s.m.r.t.
Not to say that it begins and ends with looks, but I have realized that beauty is what initially sparks my interest, and brains/personality are what keep me interested.
