Hehe reminds me of when I had a short (1 page) essay to do for high school. I put it off and off and ended updoing it in the lunchtime immediately before the class in which it was due. Got 20/20 for it, and it was worth 5 or 10% of my year's mark. If I'd scored any lower I'd have failed the course, as I finished up right on the mark required for a pass. :D
I'm a hopeless procrastinator myself. I have been for years... I was hoping I'd grow out of it but no, not yet at least. If anything I've gotten worse in the 4 years since I left home - no mum around to "motivate" me (ie. yell at me) any more. If I decide I need to get something done and it doesn't have a deadline attached, it usually takes me at least a month to actually get around to it. I think it was about 3 months ago I decided I need to tidy my room, but apart from throwing some rubbish in the general direction of my "bin" (an empty beer base with a plastic bag in it :D) nothing has happened. Maybe I'll do it tonight. (Hey look there's some pigs flying past my window...)
