Well I appreciate the advice, but I'm more curious about the waist sizing thingy; not so much as my body fat. I have some size 33" shorts that are really big on me and size 29" shorts that fit me perfectly, yet my actual waist size is 33 inches.
I don't have a scale of my own, but I do check my weight in the gym everytime I go.. but I don't know how accurate it is because yesterday morning it told me I was 161 and tonight it told me I'm 149. I wonder what it would show if I put some weights on there.. I bet it'd be off.
