Huh - sounds fantastic, although, imho, not enough emphasis on the chilis themselves - I'm a big fan of chili which has a good number of different chilis with their own flavors - I always bias more towards chipotle, but I do enjoy that smoky taste. Although lately more and more serranos and anaheims have been sneaking into mine - Alton Brown has a great discussion of chili in his cookbook. Worth checking out.
