I've played it, it's awesome..
I have a japanese psx, and had a demo of vib ribbon for it a few years ago.. The game's terrain changes depending on the cd you put in the psx. It's pretty much black and white, and uses vector graphics only. It was pretty fun, and ggood luck finding a copy of it anywhere but ebay, or in some online store. Well.. if you live in the states..
